Burglar Caught With Car Full Of Sex Toys, Drugs Convicted, Cumberland DA Well, this was awkward, a 36-year-old Camp Hill man high on drugs burglarized "Excitement Video"  — and sped off with a car full of sex toys — when he got his car stuck in someone's yard, the authorities explained.   Andrew Angle was found in this unusual situation when the Lower Allen Township police came to investigate "suspicious activity" in the 2200 block of Orchard Road on Jan. 26 at around 8:33 a.m. as the police stated in a release on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.
