The man suspected of shooting a 4-year-old girl in Harrisburg last year was taken into custody by US Marshals on Tuesday, April 23, officials say. Shawn Jason, 47, was arrested at a hotel on Island Avenue, Marshals said in a release. Authorities previously said Jason shot three people during a five-hour standoff last Sept 9. Police said he was armed with a rifle when he forced his way into a home on the 1800 block of North Street following a dispute with neighbors.
