Arrest Of Guest After Room Service Rape At Courtyard Marriott In Mechanicsburg, Police Say A Millersville man accused of raping a hotel employee has been arrested nearly a year after the assault, Lower Allen Township police announced. Michael Thomas Cates, 28, was taken into custody by U.S. Marshals on Tuesday, Jan. 7, in connection to the February 2024 rape of a staff member at the Courtyard Marriott on Gettysburg Road in Mechanicsburg, police said.
