Clorox Recalling Pine-Sol Products That May Contain Bacteria That Could Cause An Infection Consumers are being encouraged to check their cabinets for certain cleaning products after Clorox issued a recall of eight Pine-Sol brands that could contain potentially dangerous bacteria that could cause illness. The US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced a recall due to the possible presence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, "an environmental organism found widely in soil and water. “People with weakened immune systems or external medical devices who are exposed to Pseudomonas aeruginosa face a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment,’ according to CPSC. …
