Emergency crews were called to the "fire department incident" at Johnson Controls located at 100 Cumberland Valley Avenue in Waynesboro at 7:23 a.m., according to emergency dispatchers in Franklin County. "An air chamber rupture," was also reported to the police. They added that the incident is contained to the facility. Man Killed In Carbon County Blast Was 'Experimenting With Explosives': PSP A Lehighton man is dead after state police said he was "experimenting with explosives" on Wednesday morning, Jan. 24.  It happened in a detached garage at a home on Franklin Heights Road in Weissport, Franklin Township just before 3 a.m., troopers said.  The explosion caused a small fire and killed 58-year-old Steve Sensinger, police wrote in a release. Officers arriving at the home on Warwick Road in Hillside found the man with burns covering nearly 75 percent of his body just before 4 p.m. Monday, Hillside Police Det. Natalie Ogonowski said.
