Harrisburg Police Launch Fundraiser Raising For Family Of 4-Year-Old Struck Dead The Community Relations Director for the Harrisburg Police has brought the city together, rallying to raise funds for the family of 4-year-old Noraa Wilson who died after she was hit by a car, according to GoFundMe. Noraa was struck on her way home from D&L convenience store with her 9-year-old brother and 8-year-old sister at the intersection on Herr and North 15th streets on Monday around 5 p.m. as Daily Voice previously reported.
