Tractor-Trailer Crash On I-83 Sends 5K Lbs. Of Plastic Rolling Along Highway (Photos) A tractor-trailer hauling 5,000 lbs. of rolled plastic crashed on I-83 in Cumberland County on Tuesday night, according to West Shore Bureau of Fire. The tractor-trailer carrying eight rolls of plastic crashed between exits 41B to Lemoyne and 40B to New Cumberland around midnight. One of the rolls hit an SUV head-on-- totaling the vehicle, according to West Shore Bureau of Fire.
