NJ, Philly Stalker Caught Stalking Again, Prosecutors Say A Philadelphia man with prior convictions for stalking is charged with the same crime in western Pennsylvania, according to prosecutors.  Shane P. Cassidy, 24, is accused of stalking a Unity Township woman and sending her threatening text messages, said the Westmoreland County District Attorney's Office.  The victim told authorities she received the messages from multiple phone numbers over a period of months, officials said. PA Mom Accused Of Cyber Harassing Girls On Daughter's Squad Ordered To Stand Trial A Pennsylvania mom has been ordered to face trial for harassing three girls on her daughter's cheerleading squad, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced Friday. Raffaela Spone, 50, of Chalfont, last March was charged with three counts each of cyber harassment of a child and harassment.
