Two brothers from Stroudsburg pleaded guilty to multiple felony charges for their attempts to help breach various police lines at the US Capitol during the Jan. 6, 2021 riot, the US Department of Justice announced on Thursday, Sept. 26. A contractor to the US Navy has been ousted from the US Army Reserves for his participation in the Capitol Riot on Jan. 6, according to federal officials. A Lancaster County man who is currently running as a write-in candidate for Smokestown Judge of Elections has been charged for his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol Riot.
