Unconscious Woman Sexually Assaulted By Cumberland County Man, Police Say
A 25-year-old man is accused of sexually assaulting a woman while she was "unconscious or unaware that penetration is occurring," court records show. Tristan Hanshaw "voluntarily surrendered" to police in Upper Allen Township, according to a release by the department on Friday, June 2, 2023. Fire Breaks Out At Central PA High School: Authorities
A high school in central Pennsylvania was briefly evacuated due to a fire on Monday, May 16, authorities say. The fire happened inside Boiling Springs High School located at 21 Academy Street around 12:30 p.m., according to Cumberland County Wide Communications dispatch supervisor. The school was evacuated as Mount Holly Springs firefighters knocked down the fire and made sure it was safe for students to return to class, the supervisor explained to Daily Voice. ‘Inappropriate Touching’ Between Students Prompts PA State Police Investigation
Unwanted touches between two high school students have led to a Pennsylvania state police investigation. State police were called to a harassment complaint at Boiling Springs High School on Wednesday, Mar. 23, according to a release by police. A 16-year-old girl told police that another student “touched her inappropriately” twice that day, once around 11:45 a.m. and against 12:15 p.m., the release states. Pennsylvania state police continue to investigate this incident.
