The deadly shooting happened on the 800 block of Arch Street around 2 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 7, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele. As officers arrived on the scene, they found 47-year-old Anthony Vitelli suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest.
