13-Year-Old On Scooter ID'd After Fatal Strike On Carlisle Pike, Coroner Says A 13-year-old boy was struck dead while riding a scooter across Carlisle Pike on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, according to a release by the Cumberland County Coroner’s Office the following day.  Jaron J.
