A Lehigh County 911 operator got a virtual pat-on-the-back from higher ups this week after talking a pregnant caller through the delivery of her son.  It happened on Tuesday, May 9, Lehigh County Emergency Management said in a Facebook post.  Dispatcher Zachary Bilder received a call from a woman who was actively in labor, officials said. Taylor police spent hours on Wednesday searching for Kayla DiDonna, 23, who they believe was on the other line of the call placed around 1:30 p.m., PAHomepage.com reports.  Then the phone went dead, the outlet said. Police Release Details In East Pennsboro Shooting Police have released details in last weekend's double shooting in which a 78-year-old man apparently shot his wife and adult daughter, leaving the wife hospitalized and daughter dead. Police on Saturday were called to 52 Greenmont Drive in Enola, where a man later identified as John Miller was arguing with his adult daughter, East Pennsboro police said.
