George Mouchette, 51, of Hummelstown, was charged Aug 21, 2018 in connection with an attempted raped. Mouchette was accused of sexually assaulting a woman while in uniform in his office in the Middletown police station at 300 East Emaus Street on Aug. 13, 2018.
