Missing Teen Girl Ran Away From Mom, York County Police Say A 15-year-old girl was last seen running away from her mother, police in York County announced on Thursday, June 22, 2023.  Angel-Nevah Nicollete Kemper ran away from her mother at the VFW at 199 Veterans Way in Spring Grove around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, according to York County Regional police. She was last seen wearing a gray and blue hoodie with horizontal stripes, as detailed in the release. She is described as being approximately 5”5” tall and weighing 200 lbs, according to the police.  Anyone with information about Angel's whereabouts is asked to call 911…
