SUV Slams Through Fence Into PA Apartment Complex Rupturing Gas Line: Report

An SUV burst through a fence and slammed into an apartment complex, causing the gas line to rupture on Wednesday, reports WPXI citing the police.

The car hit Mifflin Estates in West Mifflin on Feb. 23 around noon, WPXI Anchor Joe Arena tweeted.

The gas was turned off and the apartment was evacuated due to the rupture, the outlet reported citing firefighters at the scene.

The driver was arrested at the scene, police told the outlet.
