The unnamed 26-year-old manager "exposed his genitals and proceeded to masturbate in the view of other individuals while sitting in a booth inside of the restaurant," the Camp Hill police stated in the release.
The incident took place at the Chipotle Restaurant located at 3216 Trindle Road in Camp Hill at 8:05 p.m. on Friday, March 1, the police detailed in the release.
When the company found out the manager was under investigation by police "Chipotle suspended this employee with the intent to dismiss him," the police said. Daily Voice has reached out to the company for further comment but has yet to hear back as of Monday at 1 p.m.
The manager "with a Camp Hill address" was charged with the following at 5:35 p.m. on Monday, March 4:
- Misdemeanor indecent assault.
- Misdemeanor indecent exposure (two counts).
- Misdemeanor open lewdness (two counts).
- Misdemeanor disorderly conduct (two counts).
- Summary harassment (two counts).
