Pedro Found: Missing, Endangered Man Located, PA State Police Say An 80-year-old man who had been reported missing and endangered in Spring Garden Township has been located police announced on Wednesday, Nov. 20. Pedro Iturmendi had last been seen around 6 p.m. near Woodland Drive in Spring Garden Township, according to a release from the Spring Garden Township Police. Iturmendi was believed to be at risk of harm or injury and possibly confused. Iturmendi had last been seen wearing a red V-neck sweater, blue pants, brown sandals, white socks, and eyeglasses.  He was believed to be driving a 2015 white Chevrolet Equinox. Kay, 35, was the passenger in an unregistered Polaris side-by-side UTV that crashed in Hilltown early Sunday morning, June 2, the Bucks County Prosecutor's Office said.
