Exactly 28 minutes after a mobile home fire was reported, firefighters found an unconscious man and soon a call for a coroner was made on Thursday morning, according to York County Department of Emergency Services dispatchers and police. The man has been identified as a 54-year-old grandfather, Tracy "Duke" Emig, according to a release by the Northern York County Regional Police Department. Directly across from a cemetery, someone was struck by a vehicle, Lititz police announced on Sunday, July 7. The crash happened at the intersection of South Broad Street/PA Route 501 and East Third Avenue around 2:16 p.m. on June 27, Lititz Borough of Police detailed in the release. An adjunct professor and author from Lancaster, PA who always wanted to go hiking in New Hampshire was rescued while hiking in NH on Monday, New Hampshire Fish and Game announced on Tuesday, July 2. Cordelia Moyse, 60 of Lancaster, Pennsylvania slipped and injured her leg while hiking the Wentworth Trail of Mount Israel in Sandwich New Hampshire on July 1. A construction worker fell from the scaffolding on the exterior of the ninth floor of a building in Pittsburgh on Thursday, May 30, officials with the office of public safety announced later that morning. The worker fell from the building that was under construction in the 400 block of Melwood Avenue in the North Oakland neighborhood just before 8 a.m., according to PPS.
