Marvin Duran, 41, allegedly stalked the victim throughout the borough on Sunday, March 2, until they drove to the police station at 116 S. Second St. for help, police said. But when they arrived, Duran used his vehicle to repeatedly block them from leaving, according to investigators.
A Chambersburg officer returning to the station witnessed the terrifying scene unfold and immediately took action, police said.
Duran was arrested and charged with stalking and false imprisonment. He was booked at Franklin County Jail.
