A gunshot victim was apparently unresponsive behind the wheel of his car when he struck and killed a man standing outside of his vehicle on the I-95 ramp to I-476 in Delaware County Friday night, Sept. 13. The two-vehicle crash in the northbound lanes on the ramp to I-486 in Ridley Township was called in by a passerby, bringing Pennsylvania State Police troopers to the scene around 9:45 p.m., Trooper Paul Holdefer said. A 26-year-old motorcyclist was killed in a crash with a sedan on Friday evening, Sept. 13 in Philadelphia, police said. The motorcycle was heading west on Adams Avenue when it collided with a silver Ford Crown Victoria, which was turning northbound onto Howland Street from the eastbound lane of Adams Avenue around 7:45 p.m., a spokesperson for the city police department said. A 28-year-old Virginia woman is facing charges in Chester County, PA in connection with the death of a 3-year-old boy, authorities announced.
