The pair attempted to leave without paying after their credit card was declined at Carroll Fuel Mart located along North Hanover Street in Carlisle on Jan. 3, according to Carlisle police. When their card was declined they lashed out at the clerk and the woman supposedly hit the employee, according to the release. Child, 6, Woman, 28, Shot In Harrisburg A child and a woman were shot Monday night in Harrisburg. The shooting happened in the 1400 block of Berryhill Street before 7 p.m., according to area police. When officers arrived, they found two victims, a 6-year-old and a 28-year-old woman. Both victims were taken to the hospital. The investigation is ongoing.
