Central PA Dad Killed In Head-On Crash 10 Months After His Wife Died Suddenly A 38-year-old recently widow, single-father died the day after a head-on crash into a stone wall, according to the coroner’s office. Travis Gladfelter, of Jaqueline Drive, Mount Pleasant Township, was rushed to Wellspan York Hospital following a single-vehicle crash on the 1400 block of Fleshman Mill Rd in Mount Pleasant Township at 2:53 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, according to the York County coroner’s office. Gladfelter was pronounced dead at the hospital the following day at 10:05 p.m. by Deputy Coroner Michelle Rau. A routine toxicology test was performed but no autopsy was conducted. …
