Tomlinson, 57, of Kirkwood, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on Thursday, Sept. 5, according to his obituary posted on Shivery Funeral Home, Inc.'s website. West Grove 18-Year-Old Killed In Fiery Crash Into Concrete Wall, Utility Pole: PA State Police An 18-year-old Chester County man has died in a fiery car crash, Pennsylvania State Police. Jason "JJ" Ruszin of West Grove was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash at 10:46 p.m. on Dec. 27, Trooper Michael Carter details in the release.  JJ had been traveling east on West Baltimore Pike when the rain picked up.
