16-Year-Old Shoots Stepdad In Stomach At PA Waffle House: Police 16-year-old Samuel "Sam" Brain Hoy shot his stepdad multiple times outside a Waffle House in Pennsylvania on Monday, Dec. 13, according to statements from the police in court documents obtained by Daily Voice.  Hoy used a stolen 9 mm handgun seriously wounding his stepdad in the leg and abdomen while outside of the Waffle House at the corner of Murtland Avenue and Oak Spring Road in South Strabane Township around 1 a.m., area police detail in the affidavit of probable cause.  The stepdad got into his car and drove himself to the hospital.
