PA Amish Boy Tossed 84 Feet After Strike By SUV: Authorities An 11-year-old Amish boy was struck dead on Friday, authorities say.  Samuel K. Fisher of Peach Bottom was riding a non-motorized scooter in the 1500 block of Slate Hill Road in Drumore when he was hit by a passing car on Aug. 25, the authorities told Daily Voice.  He became "unconscious with severe injuries," and was being airlifted to Lancaster General Hospital when he "succumbed to his injuries," Pennsylvania State Police Trooper James Grothey said.  An investigation by PA State Police determined Samuel exited his driveway into the road "without ensuring the roa…
