PA Man, 33, Killed After Vehicle Jack Fails, Officials Say A man from Bethlehem died Saturday afternoon, June 21, after a vehicle he was working under collapsed on top of him, according to officials. Matthew D. Semsey, 33, was pronounced dead at 3:12 p.m. on Saturday in the emergency department at St. Luke’s University Hospital in Bethlehem, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said. The incident happened around 2:00 p.m. in the 200 block of E. Cause Of Death, ID Revealed For Three Mile Island Nuclear Plant Worker Authorities have identified the contractor who died on Three Mile Island on Friday morning. The victim was identified as Michael Miller, 55, of Alabama, according CBS21. The US Nuclear Regulatory Commission initially said the Miller's death was part of a “material handling accident," and noted that he was outside the radiological controlled area.
