Tractor-Trailer Train Crash Closes Roads, Carlise Police Say (Developing) A crash involving a tractor-trailer and a train has halted vehicle traffic on several streets in Carlisle, police announced on Monday morning.  The crash happened in the area of the 400 block of North Bedford Street just before 11 a.m. on Feb. 26, the police detailed in the release.
