: Gun Pointed At Child, Dad On I-283, PA State Police Say
A man and his 11-year-old son had another driver point a gun at them in Central Pennsylvania, stated police announced in a release on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. The 48-year-old Lancaster dad told the state troopers that a white man in a 2014 burgundy Chevrolet Equinox pointed a gun at him and his son near Exit 2 along Interstate 283 in Swatara Township around 8:17 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2023. No shots were fired but the man with the gun has not ben located.

PA Man Sets House On Fire With Police Inside: Report
A Pennsylvania man is police custody after authorities say he set his house on fire while state troopers were inside, according to a report from CBS 21. John Andrew Young, 59, of Montour County, is charged with three counts of attempted murder, making terroristic threats, and related offenses, state court records show. Troopers were dispatched to a home on R & H Avenue in Liberty Township at around 4:45 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2 for a reported domestic disturbance, the outlet wrote. A man just released from a detox program was captured by state troopers on the Garden State Parkway after he stole an ambulance from outside Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus early Wednesday afternoon, authorities said. Daniel Grant Wyres, 37, of Marlton got into the unattended ambulance and drove off from the East Ridgewood Avenue facility at 12:50 p.m., Bergen County Sheriff Anthony Cureton said.
