Troopers responded to Baldwin Boulevard in Southampton Township on Sunday, Jan. 14 at 3:50 p.m. after receiving reports of physical contact involving the child, according to the public information release. The burglary occurred on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2025, at the Asian Express Mart on the 300 block of S Fayette Street in Southampton Township, police said. Motorcyclist ID'd Following Fatal Crash: PA State Police David "Davey" Newell Jr., 42, of Orrstown was pronounced dead at the scene of the single-vehicle crash on Sunday, Sept. 1, according to PSP.  The crash happened on Orrstown Road near Blind Lane in Southampton Township at 10:52 p.m., state police detailed in the release. Shippensburg Teen Killed In Motorcycle Crash ID'd: PA State Police A 19-year-old man died at the scene of a motorcycle crash on Sunday, Aug. 11, Pennsylvania State Police Chambersburg announced the following morning.  Delbert Zimmerman, of Shippensburg, was driving a 2013 Kawasaki Ninja on Rice Road when he struck a utility pole at a high rate of speed at 9:08 p.m., PSP Trooper Spenser Myers detailed in the release. Crash Shuts Down I-81 On-Ramp In Franklin County A multi-vehicle accident shut down an on-ramp to Interstate 81 in Franklin County on Friday morning, May 17, according to PennDOT.  Officials said it happened on the PA 696 ramp to I-81's southbound lanes near Exit 24 in Southampton Township. The ramp was still closed as of 9:30 a.m.  It's not yet clear if anyone was hurt.
