Man Sends Nude Photos, Sexts Minor In Pennsylvania, Police Allege
A man is accused of contacting a child and sending sexual photos and messages in Cumberland County, Middlesex Township Police announced in a release issued on Thursday, July 3.
Timothy Seibert, 42, of Carlisle, was arrested after a joint investigation with the Cumberland County Criminal Investigation Division, according to the department.
Seibert used sexually explicit language and sent photos to a minor, investigators say. The operation, which ended with his arrest on Tuesday, July 1, was part of an effort to address crimes against children, police detailed.

A Slatington man is accused of trying to meet and exploit a 13-year-old girl for sex, Bensalem police announced on Thursday, July 3.
Warren Batz, 37, began messaging what he believed to be a 13-year-old girl on a dating app on May 3, police said. During the chat, Batz allegedly offered the child $200 to “hang out” and “party for free,” saying he wanted to make her his “sugar baby.”
He repeatedly asked the juvenile for nude photos and explicit videos throughout May and June, even urging her to sneak out at night when her mother was asleep, according to investigators.
