21-Year-Old Teacher ID'd After Fatal 6-Vehicle Crash On I-83: Authorities A 21-year-old woman has died and three others were hospitalized following a six-vehicle crash on Interstate 83 on Saturday morning, Pennsylvania State Police in York explained.  Chloe Brown of the 11,800 block of Cross Roads Avenue, Felton, has been identified by York County Coroner Pam Gay following the crash.  State police were called a "multi-vehicle crash" in the southbound lanes on I-83 at Exit 40 A in Fairview Township at 1:21 a.m. on Jan. 13.  First responders arrived to find Brown who had been driving a passenger vehicle, dead at the scene.
