Coroner IDs 10-Year-Old Boy Drowned While Kayaking In Yellow Breeches Creek On Wednesday, Aug. 14 a coroner was called to the area of search for a 10-year-old boy who went missing while kayaking in Yellow Breeches Creek – which became a recovery mission to retrieve his body on Monday, Aug. 12, the Fairview Township Fire Department announced. You can read more about him here.  ORIGINAL: Two men were in a boat that capsized around 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, April 13, 2023, authorities told Daily Voice.  The boat went under the water near the Dock Street Dam, Harrisburg Director of Communications Matt Maisel told Daily Voice.
