Jocelyn Megee, 22 Of Fairfield Dies In Tractor-Trailer Crash A 22-year-old woman lost her life when her Jeep was struck by a tractor-trailer less than three miles from her home, authorities announced on Friday, Aug. 9.  Jocelyn Megee, of Fairfield, died at the scene of the crash on Route 16 at 3170 Waynesboro Pike at 7:08 p.m., as explained by PSP Gettysburg Cameron Norris.
