Central PA Man Raped Child Under 13-Years-Old: Police A 22-year-old Pennsylvania man has been arrested for raping a child, police say. Aaron Michael Cunagin, 22, of Middletown, was arrested after "an incident" in the area of Pineford Apartments at 3:36 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24, as stated in a release by the Middletown Borough police.
