A 25-year-old man was in critical condition Tuesday after he was struck in a shooting that damaged offices of a state senator and the NAACP in Philadelphia, multiple news outlets are reporting. The man was getting into his car in the Nicetown neighborhood near Germantown Avenue and Windrim Avenue around 11:30 p.m. Monday when he was shot five times, CBS3 reports. Sen.
