Missing 80-Year-Old Possibly In Danger, North Middleton Police Say An 80-year-old man has been missing for days and he could be indanger, North Middleton Police announced on Friday, Sept. 20.  Wayne Lokey was last seen in the area of 100 block Long View, North Middleton Twp, Cumberland County around 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17. Lokey was driving a white 2016 Ford Explorer, with the Tennessee license plate "LIONEL1," police wrote. He is believed to beheading to Maine.  Lokey is described as a white man who is 5 feet 11 inches tall,  weighs 180 lbs., with gray/balding hair, and has blue eyes. Cat Resuscitated, Dog Killed In Central PA Apartment Fire, Authorities Say An apartment fire left a family without a beloved dog on Wednesday morning, according to the Carlisle Fire Company. The fire started in the first block of North East Street in Carlisle on Wednesday around 7:15 a.m., authorities say. Crews were called to an apartment building fire with possible entrapment and fire showing from the building, according to emergency dispatch.
