Man Trapped Under Forklift Rescued At Lancaster Plant: Police Firefighters freed a man trapped under a forklift at a Lancaster manufacturing plant after a terrifying accident early Wednesday morning, Dec. 18, police said. Emergency crews rushed to the Armstrong Plant at 1067 Dillerville Road around 6:34 a.m., after a tow motor overturned, pinning the operator’s leg beneath it, according to Lancaster City Police. With quick action from rescue teams, the man was freed before 7 a.m., dispatch confirmed. Road Rage: Gun Pointed At Child, Dad On I-283, PA State Police Say A man and his 11-year-old son had another driver point a gun at them in Central Pennsylvania, stated police announced in a release on Wednesday, May 3, 2023.  The 48-year-old Lancaster dad told the state troopers that a white man in a 2014 burgundy Chevrolet Equinox pointed a gun at him and his son near Exit 2 along Interstate 283 in Swatara Township around 8:17 p.m. on Sunday, April 30, 2023. No shots were fired but the man with the gun has not ben located.

Motorized Bicyclist Killed In Car Crash In Harrisburg A man riding on a motorized bicycle has died following a car crash in Harrisburg, according to area police. The man was riding in the 300 block of South 29th Street on Thursday around 4:30 p.m. A preliminary investigation by police shows that the man veered into traffic and collided with a vehicle. Upon arrival officers observed the man was being treated by Emergency Medical Services. The man was transported to a local hospital where they died as a result of his injuries.
