Michael Kenemore, 53 Of Springettsbury Twp., Dies In Crash The 53-year-old man who died in a head-on crash involving a tractor-trailer on Lincoln Highway/US Route 30 has been identified, according to the York County Coroner's office on Thursday, July 25. David J. Pratt was arrested in the 900 block of Chestnut Street,  in Lebanon County on Tuesday shortly after midnight by US Marshals.
