Body Cam Footage Of Armed Crime Spree Has Lebanon DA Ruling Shooting 'Justified' Recently released bodycam footage showing just part of a 32-year-old man's crime spree has led Lebanon County District Attorney Pier Hess Graf to rule police "justified" in shooting at him, as she announced at a press conference where she played part of the footage on Thursday. The South Lebanon Township police officer who shot Cesar Wilkins Romero-Colon, 32 of the 300 block of North Twelve Street of Lebanon was not named, but the two shots he fired at Romero-Colon are considered a justifiable "use of deadly force," the DA Hess Graf said.
