Vicosa and Tia Bynum are allegedly on the run with Vicosa’s daughters, Aaminah, 6, and Giana, 7, after purportedly abducting them from their York County home.

Two young Pennsylvania girls were kidnapped at gunpoint on Tuesday, according to state police.
Robert Vicosa, aka Robert Brown, took a woman captive at gunpoint and then stole her vehicle at a home in Windsor Township on Tuesday, as Daily Voice previously reported.
He proceeded to flee the scene with his daughters Giana, 7, and Aaminah, 6, according to police in a press conference on Wednesday.

PA Man Charged With Kidnapping His Teenage Ex-GF, Police Say
A 16-year-old girl who was allegedly kidnapped by her boyfriend has been found safe but charges have been filed against her ex-boyfriend, according to police.
Haylee Hobbs, 16, of New Castle, was taken against her will from a residence in the 1800 block of Pennsylvania Avenue on Sunday night around 11:30 p.m., according to New Castle police.
Kidnapping charges have been filed against Carlos Jones, 18, of New Castle, who is an ex-boyfriend of Hobbs, according to police.

A group of men from New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York kidnapped a man on a Camden street, beat him and held him captive while trying to extort a $100,000 ransom from his family, federal authorities charged.
The victim was grabbed from behind last Thursday night by his abductors, who “covered his head, bound him with plastic restraints, assaulted him and put him into a vehicle,” Acting U.S. Attorney Rachael A. Honig said.
