MTV's Bam Margera Back In PA Prison Court Officials Say Former reality TV star Bam Margera has been released from the Chester County Prison his attorney told Daily Voice on Wednesday, Sept. 25.  Brandon "Bam" Cole Margera, 44, a West Chester native, appeared in Chester Court District Court on Monday, Sept. 23, a court clerk told us.  The 44-year-old was arrested last Monday, Sept. 16 in Fulton County during a traffic stop on suspicion of DUI, Pennsylvania State Police told us. PA's Bam Margera Charged With Public Drunkenness In California, Challenges Knoxville To Fight One-time "Jackass" star and West Chester native Bam Margera was arrested in southern California last week on charges of public drunkenness, according to police records.  In online arrest records, Burbank police say that Margera, 43 — whose real name is Brandon — arrived at a restaurant in the city to meet his family around 5:30 p.m. local time on Wednesday, March 29.  Margera "arrived intoxicated" and was later arrested on charges of public drunkenness, the records claim.
