York Man Struck Dead In Harrisburg Allegedly Hit By Convict: Court Docs A Middletown man has been charged for fatally striking a York City resident at a Harrisburg intersection, court records obtained by Daily Voice detail.  Jose Borrero, 34, died at Penn State Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill on Friday, Dec. 9. Security Guard Shot At Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center A 34-year-old man shot at a security guard during an argument at the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center last month, police announced on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023.  Steven Woodson was in "a physical altercation with another patron of HMAC" on July 14, city police stated in the release. "After Woodson and the patron were separated, Woodson pulled out a handgun and fired one round at the patron."
