Escaped Cumberland Inmate With History Of Nude Escapade Captured After Fleeing BBQ Work Release A Cumberland County inmate who walked off during a work release assignment has been found and taken into custody, authorities announced. Amanda Marie Baker, 40, left her assigned location at Dickey’s Barbecue Pit on the Carlisle Pike in Mechanicsburg around 4:45 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 29, 2025, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office. Officials said she was seen entering a vehicle before disappearing. Middlesex Township were called to a report of "a nude woman in the store" located on the Harrisburg Pike, according to a release by the department. During their investigation the police identified the woman as Amanda Marie Baker, 37, of Carlisle, court records show.
