Just before 4 a.m., troopers responded to the south outer roadway at milepost 84.6 in Edison, according to New Jersey State Police Sgt. Charles Marchan. A GMC cargo van was traveling south on the outer roadway when a 39-year-old male from Bristol, PA, operating a Harley Davidson motorcycle, struck the GMC from behind, Marchan said. Attempted Murder Suspect Stole Car From PA Driveway, Troopers Say (Updated) A man accused of attempted murder in Delaware County stole a car out of a Berks County driveway early Tuesday morning, Jan. 2, state police say.  Troopers found an abandoned GMC in Weisenberg Township, Lehigh County around 4:30 a.m., they wrote in a release.  The last known driver of the car was 29-year-old Umar Kimel Presbery, who was wanted by Tinicum Township police for attempted homicide and assault, authorities said.  An hour later and four miles away, a Greenwich Township resident reported that his Subaru was missing from his driveway, according to troopers.  Inv…

PA Driver Dies, Driver Changing Tire Hurt In Atlantic City Expressway Crash A Pennsylvania driver died and another changing a tire on the side of the Atlantic City Expressway was seriously hurt in a crash Friday, Aug. 26, authorities said. The pedestrian was changing a tire on a Ford Explorer in the right shoulder when a GMC Yukon driven by Steven Ray Davis Jr, 43, of Downingtown, PA, crashed into the Ford and overturned, New Jersey State Police Trooper Brandi Slota said. The incident happened at milepost 36.3 in Winslow Township around 10 p.m., police said. Davis was pronounced dead while the pedestrian was treated for serious injuries at a local hospital.

Police were informed the 2001 GMC truck was stolen from the maintenance facility around 2 p.m. The truck is described as having tool boxes that line both sides of the truck bed, a blue municipal license plate reading PA 90864MG on the rear and a RLASD license plate on the front.
