Convicted Drunk Driver Strikes Pedestrian In Enola Then Flees, Police Say A convicted drunk driver is accused of striking a pedestrian and fleeing, East Pennsboro Township Police announced on Thursday, Aug. 8.  David Lewis Sweger, 58, of Enola, struck a man with his pick-up truck intersection of East Perry Street and Altoona Avenue in Enola at 7:55 p.m. on July 25, police alleged in the release.  Officers arrived at the scene that night and spoke with the victim.
