An Essex County assistant prosecutor celebrating her 30th birthday was arrested for DWI after Edgewater police found her passed out outside her car in a parking lot in March, according to authorities and newly-released bodycam footage. The footage shared by Transparency Bodycam shows the March 8 arrest of Bryashia "Bry" Atchison-Henderson. A 33-year-old Bronx, NY man has been charged with DWI in a boat explosion that forced 22 people into the water and 23 to the hospital on Saturday, June 7, officials said. Just before 9 p.m., police got a call reporting a boat fire in the Long Island Sound near Hart Island, a DCPI spokesperson said. A Pennsylvania driver has been indicted on DWI charges in a crash that killed an off-duty New Jersey corrections officer, NJ Advance Media reported. Joshua R. A driver from Pennsylvania was more than three times the legal BAC limit when she crashed into a flatbed tow truck and caused serious damage to a bridge in Warren County, authorities said.
