Discovery Of Human Remains Submerged In PA Waters Cracks 18-Year Cold Case The recent discovery of a missing vehicle submerged underwater containing human remains in a suburban Philadelphia town could help police crack a cold case dating back to 2003. Divers who found the vehicle and recovered the remains believe both belong to James Amiable, a Ridley Township man who left to pick his daughters up from a babysitter and never showed up on Dec. 4, 2003.
