PA Catalytic Converter Theft Ring Shut Down, DA Says An organized catalytic converter theft ring operating in multiple Pennsylvania counties has been busted up with the arrest of five men, authorities said. The ring operated in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester and Philadelphia counties, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer. Arrested were Sharief Louden, 30, of Philadelphia; Daniel McIlhenney, 37, and Ryan McIlhenney, 36, both of Folcroft; Terrell Gibson, 40, of Chester; and Loai Nasser, 49, of Cherry Hill, NJ. Angelo "AJ" Ford, of Sharon Hill, escaped from an Aspire youth facility sometime between the night of Feb. 24 and the morning of Feb. 25, the Delco Times reports. In March, detectives began investigating the sexual assault of a young boy by Jonathan W. Hiddeman, 30, of Prospect Park (Delaware County) in Camden and Cape May counties, according to New Jersey State Police.
