ATM Card Skimmer Found At Pennsylvania Central Credit Union: Police An ATM skimming device was discovered at the Pennsylvania Central Credit Union on the 5100 block of Jonestown Road in Harrisburg, Lower Paxton police announced on Monday, Dec. 2. Officers responded to reports of suspicious activity at the credit union at approximately 7 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 24, 2024. Following an investigation, authorities determined that a skimming device had been placed on the exterior ATM, police said.
